This has to be the worst ran company. My mother was sent home with orders from the dr for a wheelchair to be delivered to her home the next day. It never showed up. Their reasoning for this was there was another patient with the same first name so my mom was disrearded and i was treated like it was a simple mistake. No read your orders! Then i was told it wouldnt be till Monday till they could get one here. I called now they r saying they may have to go through another company.
