When I was first referred to this office, I was honestly nervous and afraid that I was going to be dismissed or told that nothing was wrong because my lab work didn’t “show enough.” I was scared that no one would truly listen to what I was experiencing. I used to love this place. I've been going for about 7 years. The last year it really went down hill. Their phone system is always down you could call for weeks and not get through to anyone. They schedule you out so far you run out of medication often as well. Recently I brought up that my appointment is too far out that I'll run out of meds, I brought it up about 3 weeks before and they told me to call a 5 days to a week before I run out of meds so I can get in. If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. Tell me why it has been over 2 mos of me trying to get my first appointment scheduled. They make the process extremely difficult, almost like they don’t want to establish new patients. It is hard to speak to the right person! Every call I make 8/10 goes to voicemail and you never ever hear from them back. They ask you to email them and still they do not acknowledge receipt, let alone— reply. So unbelievably incompetent and toxic from start to finish, that I prefer to leave it at that rather than relive the experience, lol. I did, however, summarize it to my referring provider across town. Dr. Scott is totally lacking in doctor-patient communication, was most concerned about the "new software" they were about to install that week...seemed incapable of finding his way out of a paper bag.
