If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. Tell me why it has been over 2 mos of me trying to get my first appointment scheduled. They make the process extremely difficult, almost like they don’t want to establish new patients. It is hard to speak to the right person! Every call I make 8/10 goes to voicemail and you never ever hear from them back. They ask you to email them and still they do not acknowledge receipt, let alone— reply. So unbelievably incompetent and toxic from start to finish, that I prefer to leave it at that rather than relive the experience, lol. The front desk staff, who serve as receptionists, exhibit unprofessional behavior, including rudeness and a lack of courtesy. They appear to require retraining in customer service skills, as they fail to acknowledge patients with basic politeness, such as smiling or responding to expressions of gratitude.
