If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. Tell me why it has been over 2 mos of me trying to get my first appointment scheduled. They make the process extremely difficult, almost like they don’t want to establish new patients. It is hard to speak to the right person! Every call I make 8/10 goes to voicemail and you never ever hear from them back. They ask you to email them and still they do not acknowledge receipt, let alone— reply. So unbelievably incompetent and toxic from start to finish, that I prefer to leave it at that rather than relive the experience, lol. I did, however, summarize it to my referring provider across town. Dr. Scott is totally lacking in doctor-patient communication, was most concerned about the "new software" they were about to install that week...seemed incapable of finding his way out of a paper bag. The front desk staff, who serve as receptionists, exhibit unprofessional behavior, including rudeness and a lack of courtesy. They appear to require retraining in customer service skills, as they fail to acknowledge patients with basic politeness, such as smiling or responding to expressions of gratitude. The bigger staff member seems reluctant to fulfill her duties, neglecting to respond to patients' courteous remarks. I did, however, summarize it to my referring provider across town. (Esther, an MA, was wonderful, though, a notable exception.) Regrettable that the choices for RA practices in Visalia are few-to-nonexistent.
