We went to Lake Tahoe for vacation and I forgot to bring a hose fitting for my CPAP machine; I brought along a new hose but left the adapter on the old hose. We stopped at Sierra Oxygen Services to see if I could buy a new facemask or adapter and the wonderful lady took my mask and hose into the back and came out with a new adapter fitting for me to have at no charge. Fantastic service and exceptionally professional and compassionate staff. Thank you.
