Excellent experience
Terrible customer service. If your in need of an appointment quickly, you might as well forget it. Numerous call to an answering machine, no call back after calling and leaving messages, this has happened numerous times on different occasions. Patients should be called back within a few hours, not left out to dry for days. Your hospital radiology is doing a very poor job. Very disappointing. I finally made an appointment elsewhere. These are real people, with real needs your ignoring. So dissatisfied !
