My recent service experience at this dealership was beyond terrible and I would not come back or recommend anyone to this place because they are unprofessional and incompetent. I leased and purchased my QX30 from this dealership when they were in Monrovia, and everything (including sales and service) was fine. My last time I came in the service department was 09.04.2024.i never look at the invoice they have gave me they have made a huge mistake On my invoice.today 3.08.2025 I found out my name was spell wrong instead of Tommy it spell Tom, my home address was wrong my email was wrong my work number listed on there title is business number was in correct my license plate number was in correct .what a terrible dealer ship department is this place.lucky I paid off my car it was a 2023 qx55. The Service Department on point! I Requested an appointment online, easy to do. I was welcomed at my arrival and had a minimal wait for the service I requested. Ernesto Flores was very helpful in making this float along. Thanks for your attentive and professional customer service.
