Very Poor Customer Service – This vendor was not very pleasant to work with. I tried to schedule spa repair for a broken spa and I was concerned about it freezing as it was having issues with holding a temperature. When I first called they were very helpful to provide suggestions on what to try to prevent them from having to come out, which I thought was odd that they didn't want my business. cagey business dealing – just had a very strange experience. they were prompt in repairing my spa, but charged my credit card a very high amount for doing so without warning me or disclosing specifics. i only became of the charge by looking at my credit card bill. no invoice was received. they took my credit card number as a condition of coming to service my spa. when i called this morning to request an invoice, i was treated like it was unheard of to ask for this. they said they'd put something in the mail, but had never as... read more
