Thank you for fixing my Highlander Hybrid. We took it to a couple of different places but they did not have the Toyota software needed to fix the brake problem. We did not want to take it to Toyota if we didn't have to. Then we found Sierra Nevada Hybrid and they did have the software. They got my car in and replaced and repaired the problem. So nice and so efficient. We really appreciated their expertise on Hybrids. Thank you again!

Friendly, efficient, affordable. Had received a defective replacement alternator for my pickup truck. Was a 2 day job doing the replacement. Parts supplier tested and found replacement defective. At 77 years old had no desire to go through the work a second time. Gene was highly recommended. They arranged for replacement part and installation for very reasonable price. Truck was ready same day. Only things they don't do is sell and install tires. Found my go to mechanic in Dayton area. Really great work at reasonable prices.
