Never answers or calls back to schedule an appointment.
They were sent a referral via my Dr. And they attempted to contact me 5 weeks later, after talking to them and being told it would be 5 month before they could see me and it would be out of my pocket expense they didn't want to deal with insurance, I can't believe these *****. I high recommend locking elsewhere.
Received referral for family member through the Fallon Naval station. Called to schedule appointment, and told that they never got referral information. Asked if I could bring in print out of referral authorization, that is when they turned exceptionally rude asking if I even had insurance, and what type of tricare it was because they only do services via referral. They would not allow me to bring in paperwork, instead saying "there is a process for this. You need to follow the process. We can only help you if tricare faxes ... read more
