Normally don't give reviews but im a little irritated with the service I received here. Had my appointment 3 weeks ago. Dr was running behind which happens so the appointment was rushed. I was told I need more imaging on my back as well as an mri on shoulder for pain and lump above collar bone as well as nerve testing and pain injections on my back. This institute was terrible with my experience with them. Filled out their questionnaire on web site to make an appointment, they never contacted me. Called twice for appointment. Once talked to person, very rude and curt, didn't want to listen. Got transferred to another, sounded like computer voice and got cut off. Called again to make appointment, got voice mail. They don't want to help me, fine. Went to Battle Born in CC. They talked to me and treated me with respect. Sierra Neurosurgery Group are LOSERS!
