My husband and I stopped at Sierra motors and were looking to trade our vehicle. We were met by Steve Whittle. From that moment on it did not feel like the typical car buying experience. I had a great experience dealing with the salesman and highly recommend working with him as he was very helpful in all of the issues I had. My issue is with the dealership that allowed a car out the door without being properly inspected. I bought a used Jeep which I had to have shipped. When received it was missing parts to the soft top which they were happy to reimburse for the parts but the visor was also broken. Well it's been a great run with Sierra and The Bill Walsh Group since 1998. I will miss the People and the Service as I have relocated to Michigan. I dealt with Walsh on several vehicles over the years and enjoyed strong and willing service from the Walsh Group as well.
