I’m giving three stars because Joshua, helped me get into a vehicle. I am credit challenged and he was amazing. Though, when I got on to the highway my steering wheel shook. So I called and they fix the wheel bearings on both front tires. For free. I will give them that. Though, 21 days after purchasing the vehicle, my evap valve died. If you are credit challenged or trying to rebuild your credit. Go see Joshua Martinez. Josh had me send over all documents. Didn’t sugar coat crap and was able to get me into something I can afford and love. The process was easy peezy lemon squeezy.
Bought a 2023 Mazda CX-9 from them when they were still Bill Walsh. Scheduled to bring it in at a later date (live in Peoria) for them to do a detail, oil change, and fix some paint chips. Bill Walsh sold before we got up there. They didn't have us listed for the appointment. Had to call in a guy to do the paint repair. They didn't want to give us a loaner so tried having us drive a salesman's personal vehicle. We get it back right when they are closing.
