Great experience! Ordered an X1 Alpha from them since they had a 10% off deal. Called to make sure I could buy extra insurance (wasn't an option to on their site) and they stated they always make sure its insured for the full amount which is a relief on a $900 helmet. Placed the order and got a call within about 5 minutes making sure I knew it was on back order and would be TBD which I was fine with. Order processing time are very slow and lack of communication seems to be the normal from them. Placed and order 8 days ago and fedex finally received my package from Sierra today, very disappointing when your paying for express shipping and they can’t even get the package to fedex in a timely manner. Also don’t bother sending them emails as they do not respond. After receiving part of my order 10 days after ordering playing for 2 day shipping.
