Ordered a bag liner a 4/20, emailed last week to check status, no response. Will try calling this week. Use to be an ok company but looking at other reviews looks like I won't be ordering here again. Thinking about disputing charges. Probably will if I don't hear anything by the end of the week. Only response was 5/5 asked what was going on a couple weeks ago currently as of 6/25 no response no product shipped
I have ordered from these guys quite a few times. There have been some delays at times,but they have always been super to deal with. Thank you for all that you do for the riding community!
Human customer service logic is incredible. “Your shipment from Germany is delayed” repeated for two months like an NPC trapped in a side quest, meanwhile the item still shows “in stock” so fresh victims can keep ordering it. Beautiful system. Ordered a LEGO set on 3/25/26 that, to this day, STILL shows as “in stock” on their website. Nearly two months later, it has not shipped. Ordered an item from them. It never shipped, I had to email them and ask what was going on. Was told they didn’t have it and ordered it from bmw in Germany. The item that I could order off Their website was not in stock in Their warehouse. Told it was going to be a little. I waited. Almost 2 months later item was canceled. Save yourself the time and order from somewhere else.
I placed an order and found out after the fact that it was out of stock. I reached out via text and phone to let them know that my need for the product I ordered was urgent and that I may need to cancel my order and purchase it elsewhere if the restock time frame was too far in the future or unknown. Tim responded quickly to every inquiry I made and provide an acceptable ETA for my order. They were great to work with and had the best pricing I could find.
