Always order Beta parts from Sierra, but this last order deserves a review! Realized my chain guide was destroyed while swapping in a new chain and sprockets 2 weeks before a week long single track trip, immediately placed an order with Sierra, than 3 days later realized the part I ordered would more than likely be coming from over seas, shot out an email and Travis got back to me within the hour, told him my scenario and he gave me my immediate options of various branded parts in stock, told him which one I’d be willing to ... read more
Do not use this shop if you are ordering Beta parts. I made an online order and they charged my credit card (and took my money). However, three months later, I have not received any of the parts I ordered and they have ignored all my emails regarding the order. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
Horrible parts organization. I ordered a JD jetting kit and only got 2 main jets in the whole kit instead of 5!! Not to mention all the other stuff I ordered! And there shipping sucks! Would not recommend!
Horrible service, no communication except thanks for my money. Stay away from these guys
