First time ordering was slow with poor communication, but was willing to give them a second shot. Same thing again. Order insanely delayed, and no communication with the customer. You have to contact them to find out what's going on, and answers are vague and often i accurate. Too bad as I want to support American companies.

My family just purchased 2 beta trainers and our experience was top notch. Our Sales person James Langan was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make our sales easy. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking.

Ordered a bag liner a 4/20, emailed last week to check status, no response. Will try calling this week. Use to be an ok company but looking at other reviews looks like I won't be ordering here again. Thinking about disputing charges. Probably will if I don't hear anything by the end of the week. Only response was 5/5 asked what was going on a couple weeks ago currently as of 6/25 no response no product shipped

I have ordered from these guys quite a few times. There have been some delays at times,but they have always been super to deal with. Thank you for all that you do for the riding community!

Human customer service logic is incredible. “Your shipment from Germany is delayed” repeated for two months like an NPC trapped in a side quest, meanwhile the item still shows “in stock” so fresh victims can keep ordering it. Beautiful system. Ordered a LEGO set on 3/25/26 that, to this day, STILL shows as “in stock” on their website. Nearly two months later, it has not shipped.
