Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. I’ve reached out numerous times, no response. Disputing with my credit card company. This company has either gone out of business or is just accepting orders without following through. Save yourself the hassle and buy anywhere else.

Terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere. I ordered a pipe guard weeks ago, but the wrong one arrived. When I called to arrange a return and get the correct one, I was told they would order a replacement and send me a return label. Almost two weeks later, I still have no replacement and no label. Other than Elijah, The staff was unhelpful, and manager Tom wasn’t much better. At this point, I feel like I’ve been scammed. I would not buy from them online. I placed the order on April,13 2026 and still have not received BMW R18 Series Oil Change Kit. They are ignoring my phone calls messages and emails.

Two orders in the past few months, BOTH were the wrong colors. The first order, they didn’t even reply to the email where they were asked for an exchange. The second order, I ordered a white plastics kit and got blue. When I called, the dudes like “email Tim”. Nah dude, how about you get Tim on the line instead of making me jump through more hoops to get what I ordered. This place clearly employs color blind people and couldn’t care less about customer service.
