Not a very compassionate business. My Father passed away this morning while we were driving to the Airport to fly west and had a reservation to stay there tonight. They didn’t offer any help for a refund or rescheduling, just took the money and said we were out of luck. Hopefully they get treated the same at some point in the future.
No front desk. Front door locked. Room another code. Never got code sent to me. Stay somewhere else
This hotel only offers remote check in, and you may be left waiting outside for an hour like I was. There's someone on site who works for the hotel, but they can't check you in. If you didn't get the text/email link for online check in (I booked with Chase), I hope you have better luck than I did. Rooms are nice. Walls are thin and floors are creaky but not unreasonable at this price point.
Horrible People that run this establishment. Do NOT RECOMMEND
