Wow, wow, wow! Staci and the SMS team were amazing. Our HOA asked for the storage pod to be moved on 4th of July week. Staci jumped into action and in less than 24 hours she was able to move the unit. Honestly the best communication and customer service I have experienced from any business in a long time.
