Not a great place. Under new management. My father has lived here for just over a year and they constantly try and rase his rent, charge him for have stuff on his patio,charge him for baby sitting my dog, garbage water and sewage (witch was not on the lease agreement) They refuse to fix anything. Until a water pipe broke and flooded his apartment. They refuse to fix it for 3 weeks. And once they started the project took over 2 months.
