Dr. Bingqing Yu (student) was very professional, clear and concise as she explained prior, during and after the audiology test. I really appreciated the close attention to detail, eye contact, and information provided. Dr MacDonald was thorough, patient and gave me the time I needed for this process. She took the time to understand my concerns, explained the process as we went along, identified options and fitted me with hearing aids. She helped with phone pairing making sure I understood various adjustments I could make for different environments. I highly recommend Dr MacDonald.

I had an appointment with Dr MacDonald a few months ago. She was great as a doctor. The price for Phonak lumity 90 Life was around $6,500 while it was between $4,200 and $4,400 for the same hearing aid at Vitale Institute and Scotch Institute (both reputable medical institutions and within a mile or so, from Dr MacDonald's office in Wesley Chapel). I just couldn't understand the logic behind 50% more for the same product.
