The worst experience ever ! We arrived at 430pm and our room was filthy ! The floors were sticky and dirty , garbage was left everywhere , the sheets had stains on them and the beds were not even made. Wen to the bathroom and saw two huge cockroaches ! The stairs to get to the room was all Rusted and broken down, the pool had no water in yet. I went to the front desk to speak to the manager and he completely disregarded what I had to say and said it was the maids problem. He yelled at me and said it is not his job to clean. ... read more
