Contacted Sierra Litigation a couple weeks back concerning possible Fraud and overcharging on my recently purchased new car. Not a legitimate firm or at least not a legitimate attorney. The "No name" Attorney failed to listen to ascertain the facts. Pre-sale engine repairs ✔ No written disclosure ✔ Dealer acknowledged missing disclosure ✔ Immediate engine symptoms ✔ Large financial damages You should probably should go elsewhere and not ruin Sierra Litigation reputation.
