The clinical staff have always been great with our kids, including the rotating dentists we’ve seen over the past six years. They’ve consistently been kind, patient, and professional during appointments, which we’ve appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with the administrative side has been very frustrating. I keep seeing terrible reviews about this office, so, I am speaking strictly from MY personal experience with this office and staff. I disagree 100% with the negative reviews. They have ALWAYS been awesome, super-friendly, and wonderful with my son. Yes, they have been through some changes in the last 12-18 months. Yes, I was rescheduled once as I was on my way to the appointment, but, things happen and I don't see it as malicious in any way. We got a bill from 1.5 years ago with new charges that we were NEVER told about in the office- we have been 4 times since and were told we didn’t owe anything. Now, all of a sudden they are sending bills for items that they told us our insurance fully covered. That is INCREDIBLY UNETHICAL! Not to mention in the 4 years we have been at this office this has never happened before this new ownership. There has been a different dentist every time tough.

This used to be the most amazing dentists office for my kids. We never had an issue. Since the new ownership has taken over all of the wonderful staff we knew and loved is gone. They never keep appointments that they book. I was trying to be understanding when the switch happened but the new dentist is out of office so much that even when they schedule appointments 6 months out they are having to reschedule them. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Went in earlier this week for my child’s cleaning. The male dentist that was in didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and was fidgeting with all of the equipment as if it was his first day in the office. The tension between him and the hygienists was palpable. Not sure where the female dentist went that we saw 6 months ago, but she was so much better! My child left more scared than when he came in. Do not recommend!
