This used to be the most amazing dentists office for my kids. We never had an issue. Since the new ownership has taken over all of the wonderful staff we knew and loved is gone. They never keep appointments that they book. I was trying to be understanding when the switch happened but the new dentist is out of office so much that even when they schedule appointments 6 months out they are having to reschedule them. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Went in earlier this week for my child’s cleaning. The male dentist that was in didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and was fidgeting with all of the equipment as if it was his first day in the office. The tension between him and the hygienists was palpable. Not sure where the female dentist went that we saw 6 months ago, but she was so much better! My child left more scared than when he came in. Do not recommend!

After over 5 years we won’t be back. The entire office is new staff and yet another new Dr. This last round of staff is horrible from the Dr to the hygienists. Those hygienist need to go back to school worst I’ve ever seen and they work with kids! The Dr also tried to use a picture ploy to get us to do unnecessary dental work. Staining in teeth does not need a sealant. And most likely would come off if they had actually cleaned the teeth. We won’t be back.

This place really has changed in the last year so sad! They use to have great staff and providers :( they canceled me day I show up for an apt and said they tried to reach me and I have proof they didn’t! Then texts me when I get turned away they have been trying to reach out! Don’t recommend this place! They have placed referrals multiple times never document it don’t return calls!

The staff is so friendly and it is such an enjoyable time with the doctor - they are thorough when they need explain things and make the kids feel comfortable! Great experience!
