Nice Place This store is beautiful with lots and lots of displays. Their supply of crystal and chinaware is the best in the area and the staff is very helpful and anxious to answer questions.
poor customer service I was looking for some crystal brandy snifters to give my wife for Christmas 2009. I ordered some from the Irish Crystal Shop. He was going to send them directly to my house. In January I realized that they never arrived. I keep calling, he keeps apologizing and saying he is going to send them. In April asked for my money back, and he wants me to give him the receipt, even though he knows I paid for them.
