We had a leak in our crawlspace that Sierra James, and specifically Seth and his team, led the restoration on. We were extremely satisfied with the level of service. They were easy to schedule very quickly, on time, very communicative (over text and email), and we felt like we knew exactly what would happen when. We were also happy with the quality of the product. Even after the remediation and repairs were done, they were good partners to us in working directly with our insurance. We could not recommend them enough.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink and called Sierra James to do an inspection. Seth called me almost immediately following my voicemail and was on-site within a few hours. He throughly reviewed the leak area and took upon himself to locate and access the basement to review damage below the leak area. He sent a full report with photos and comments the same day, which in our case thankfully did not recommend any remediation beyond basic cleanup. Very happy with Sierra James and Seth in particular.
