I can’t speak highly enough of this company. When we had a refrigerator line leak, they responded promptly and took swift action. Kealib and Hannah were exceptional to work with, and I’m incredibly grateful for their time and effort, especially in coordinating with our insurance provider. As a real estate agent, I’ve already referred them to three clients and will continue to recommend their outstanding services.
SierraJames has performed two projects on our house and both have gone extremely well. Tracey Jocelyn, our project manager for the current project communicates exceptionally well, keeping everyone and everything on time and delivered at the highest quality. We have additional projects planned and will use SierraJames again without reservation.

We had a leak in our crawlspace that Sierra James, and specifically Seth and his team, led the restoration on. We were extremely satisfied with the level of service. They were easy to schedule very quickly, on time, very communicative (over text and email), and we felt like we knew exactly what would happen when. We were also happy with the quality of the product. Even after the remediation and repairs were done, they were good partners to us in working directly with our insurance. We could not recommend them enough.
