The delivery driver made a mistake and damaged my existing culvert while delivering a load to my house. Mistakes happen and I figured it would be remedied. However the store manager gave me one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I sent pictures of the culvert before and after the delivery driver made the damage. Instead of even an apology I was told that it looked to him like something like a tractor did the damage. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for these products.
