We have been Hilton Gold members for years. This is the first stay that I recall having a security deposit added to my credit card swipe. If the extra $100. temporary charge on your card will make a difference to you, go elsewhere. We also had to reconnect the TV streaming box to the correct HDMI.
The rooms are immaculate. Very friendly housekeeping Now desk staff needs help!! When talking to her on the phone I was asking about my reservation and she informed she was not my servant. Very rude when I checked in. This made my decision on staying there again.
Clean, comfortable and easy to get to.
