Called at 11:30pm on a Saturday night for a room. The person who answered said they had rooms but closed at 11:00pm so we wouldn’t be able to get one. I have never experienced this with a hotel. I guess they don’t need the business 🤷♂️
Pool was Dirty & Closed the whole stay. Hotel Room Floor was DIRTY BLACK. The Room was Never Refreshed during our stay. Front Desk Staff were Rarely Available. We had to take out our trash. We had to ask multiple times for towels. This Hotel Is Not Acceptable to Stay.
Dirty room, dead bugs in bathroom, torn and filthy carpet, stained filthy carpet, unresponsive staff, phone found under bed covered in hair, pool green. Horrible experience
