Had a hard time getting key card to work. Nice and clean. No continental breakfast. Set up for it but no food
The room was fine. The customer service is nonexistent. We were checked in by someone who looked as though they were barely out of high school. The girl was rarely at the front desk. She disappeared more than a magician. This is the most unprofessional motel that I ever stayed in. NO, they do not have breakfast! Even though there is a sign out front that says that they do. DO NOT STAY HERE! Go next door to the Comfort Inn Hotel.
I am sad to have to write this review because 1 year ago, we stayed here at the Sierra Inn and it was just fine. Good room for good price and a breakfast but....this year in April it was one bad thing after another and I don't know why, I am hoping it was just a bad week for the owners and workers but we stayed 2 nights and the gal at the front desk in the morning wouldn't even make the effort to make coffee for the guests in the continental breakfast area. I stayed at Sierra Inn for 15 days in Apr 26. It was very clean, quiet, and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel. Great location for resturants, shopping.
5th time coming here with my family, and it still did not disappoint. Clean rooms, great staff, very safe and I love the animals ya see in the morning.
