I did get passed the rude receptionist – I think that your front desk help is most inportant with first impressions. I called to see if this doctor treated lyme disease and was right in the middle of my explanation and was rudely cut off asking me to hold. I feel that if there was something going on that needed to be addressed before I started then she should have asked me to hold from the beginning. Do not ask what i need and then cut me off to take another call. If you like rude and inpatient this is your place.
