Billy Tam from Sierra Honda in Monrovia is the King of the dealership. Billy makes every visit to the service department easy and friendly. Over the past 3 years he has provided the most professional service and even answered my call on a weekend ( I forgot it was a Sunday) I reccommend highly...the general manager was awesome by having the car washed after my service visit!
It was my first time at this Honda location and, Kevin Eng was such a big help. I talked to him the day before creating the appointment for my vehicle. Seeing him in person I can tell this guy has a great vibe to him. He deserves a raise for his service and I will definitely come back.
Had a great experience with Yessi Perez for my recent service at Sierra Honda. She got me in and out quickly and was transparent and communicated often throughout my service. She helped me understand my cars needs and inspection results. The prices are reasonable considering that this is the dealership and it is worth it for the excellent customer service and thorough multi-point inspection.
