My recent service experience with Billy Tam at Sierra Honda of Monrovia was excellent. He communicated clearly and was very easy to reach by text or phone. Billy was kind and professional, even interacting warmly with my children, which made the visit more comfortable. He ensured my car was serviced quickly and made it convenient for me to arrange another person to pick up my vehicle since I had work that morning. I truly appreciate his customer-focused approach and highly recommend him.
Vehicle diagnostic repairs & options given to complete repairs Billy was very knowledgeable in these areas.
I hated the robotic AI appointment scheduling, but the service visit was superb!!! I got in quickly and all the staff were great to work with. Thanks to Mike Rose for his help and all my questions were answered!! I used this dealership because I was here visiting family and I was very pleased waiting the several hours waiting for my vehicle as the waiting area was great.
Thanks to Adam Lopez and the staff at Sierra Honda for making the experience so easy and accommodating. Really friendly and helpful staff.
