My mom bought a patio home here a year ago. And this year with all the moisture we have had this winter her crawl space flooded with 2 ft. of water. In fact there were 17 homes in this development that flooded. We have tried contacting someone from Sierra homes for a month now to try and get some help with this issue. Many of the neighbors even sought help from Hooper city, desperately trying to get this resolved.
