I called and had to leave message because it was going on 7 pm the next morning I got a call back, helped come checked out my water heater and had to get a new one, i asked about on demand, decided that's what i wanted, had to be ordered, was installed, called to check on it and how i liked it, i can not tell you how happy we are, Thank you Justin you rock, this girl is not let down ☺️☺️

I’d been trying for a couple months to get a plumber out to fix our 2 toilets that wouldn’t stop running after flushing. A contractor I know recommended Sierra so I called them. They were very nice and after explaining the issues said he could fix them. He told me he would be out after 8. He arrived at 830. I showed him the 2 bathrooms and asked if he could also fix a sink plug the had stopped working. Took him about 30 minutes to fix. Had an emergency with my pump house. Sprang a spraying leak Sierra Heating and cooling responded quickly. The owner made two trips and resolved the problem that was in my opinion, some of the best service I’ve ever had. He was beyond fair with the price. Which made me even happier. I highly recommend him and his company. He was local too which I love keeping the business to local businesses and business owners. VERY poor customer service. My parents have called many times and they are always obtuse when asked questions. They are the very antithesis of helpful and take advantage of people, based on my experience with them.
