Ken is totally awesome. Has fixed a couple of AC issues for me over the years and also takes care of my HVAC maintenance for me. A really honest guy who does a great job. He’s also super friendly and courteous. Cannot recommend him enough.
I have always appreciated the service from Sierra Heating and Cooling. We bought a new HVAC system from the last year and we just had the unit serviced for seasonal maintenance. Tech was great and kind and took time to answer my questions.
The crew did a great job and love the new furnace and AC system and heat pumps. Works great, the temperature is so much more even than before, and you cannot even hear it running compared to our old furnace. Thank you Sierra Heating and Cooling. Will be doing my garage soon and will be getting a hold of you.
Sierra Heating and Cooling crew were professional, detailed, through, and polite. They did a terrific job swapping our system. Not a single screw was left behind. It was a real pleasure working with all of them. They have since returned promptly to address warranty issues and service calls. Can’t say enough nice things.
