I love this place
Aida's response to my review is concerning. No apologies and a summary of the text with misspelled words and wrong information. It was less than two weeks when I reached out. Additionally, sections of braids should not fall out even after two weeks! They never refused service to me, only wanted me to pay more. That's not a good way to do business in my opinion.
I just got my hair done. was nervous going to a new salon and my braider was amazing. Knew exactly how I needed my hair after I showed them a picture. Did it perfectly. I'm mad that I ever doubted this amazing shop. I'm coming back.
