The only nice thing is it’s a decent price for a decent area. They don’t tell you before you move in that you only get heat or air conditioning, so if you’re someone who likes the room temp below 80s, buy your own ac unit, because they wait until it’s in the 90s to turn it on. The pool AND jacuzzi are only open May-September. They’re too cheap to get an updated lock for the laundry room so you have to struggle every time to unlock it. Honestly, I’m never the type of leave any type review but this Management has been so understanding and helpful towards me as this is my first time renting and things have been hard for me the past few months and they have been nothing less than understanding through anything honestly truly makes me feel safe and comfortable very much helped Navigating my early adulthood alone I really do recommend it here amazing complex!

The new management here is amazing. Victoria and Ana have turned this place around for the better to help us residents. They are always available and communicate accordingly on everything to do with the property. They are the reason I decided to sign another lease at Tides. If it weren’t for them staying on top of issues and making residents feel welcomed I would’ve moved somewhere else. Whatever Tides decides to do in the future make sure both of these ladies stick around. They deserve raises for the hard work they put in.
