Avoid this place if you value safety, honesty, and basic human decency. I’m a single mother with young children, and living here has been an absolute nightmare. The management at Sierra Glen (CTL Management) — especially Ariana and Elisabeth Lobato — is negligent, dishonest, and manipulative. They knowingly placed me and my kids next door to a convicted sex offender (verified on Megan’s Law). I had scheduled an in person appointment to take a look at an apartment. The appointment was scheduled at 2:00 which I arrived exactly at 2:00. Nobody was there except maintenance that wouldn't answer the door. Finally he answered and said the office person was on lunch and would be back at 2:35. I don't understand how they can book your appointment and then just leave. If this is how you treat perspective tenants, I'd hate to see how you treat people who already live there. Extremely unprofessional.
