I had scheduled an in person appointment to take a look at an apartment. The appointment was scheduled at 2:00 which I arrived exactly at 2:00. Nobody was there except maintenance that wouldn't answer the door. Finally he answered and said the office person was on lunch and would be back at 2:35. I don't understand how they can book your appointment and then just leave. If this is how you treat perspective tenants, I'd hate to see how you treat people who already live there. Extremely unprofessional.
The maintenance staff is super personable and nice, always willing to help out but the cleanliness of the complex is abysmal. Every area with grass is littered with dog and cat poop. Walking through the complex on a hot day, you're met with an overwhelming stench and for children attempting to play in the grass and shade, it's a constant battle of making sure they don't encounter feces. The most shittiest apartments I have ever lived in. We lived there only for 1 year, these guys decided not to give us our money back ! on top of not giving me back my security deposit ( which I’m Fine with) , they added extra $200 adding some bullshit to the list , where in fact , everything was clean and we did not do any damage to apartment .
