I do like Jack in the box but this place never seems to get my order correctly

Great product. Great customer service. Replaced to glass top on our coffee table. Perfect cut.
Was not helpful and told me that they could not fix my rock chips in my windsheild because it would be illegal? How stupid is that? Taking my money else where, wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for someone with competence.
