Love the management and maintenance staff here. Made it a no-brainer to renew. Glad they all stayed on when the owner changed the property management group.
I like the apartment, but it's an older unit and a lot of things are falling apart. It's NOT luxury, except for the luxury prices!! That said, my view is nice with trees. It is generally quiet around here in the daytime. Landscapers can be noisy with their equipment, and some blow rocks and dirt onto the tenants' parked carsThere's good walking sidewalks and shopping nearby. I think I can do better elsewhere, but it's a pain to move, isn't it? Still, I could also do a lot worse!
