I have lived here for 2 years now and the complex has been bought by another company so management has changed. Area round complex and amenities are clean and in good working condition,you will enjoy being by the pool and walk around thanks to lots of green grass and trees. The gym is pretty basic but will get the job done. The apartments are older and you can feel it,but no major issues.the layout is spacious especially with attached garage makes it feel like home more then apartment. Maintenance are amazing! Great community to live in, location/area is ideal, and neighbors are nice and courteous. The front office and maintenance are also helpful in the event you need them.
Anthony did me a solid today and fixed my AC right away after I woke up at 3:30am to find it down. By 5am, it was up and running. Great maintenance team here!
Have been here over 10 years and love it. Perfect location near shopping, public transportation and the freeways. The apartments are large with HUGE amounts of storage, high ceilings, and some apartments have attached garages which is great security and convenience for seniors. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and the buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained.
Shoutout To Anthony and Jermaine and the whole maintenance crew for always working hard to keep grounds and units in tip top shape, They are always thorough and take pride in their work the new office /tenants events are a nice touch Consider looking at Sierra Foothills your next home clean,quiet,safe.
