Ugly, grey, grassless spot with absolutely mediocre buildings. Trying to charge 1450 for a one bedroom here is just idiotic. You can get the same thing in the same area for 1100 now. These guys are all artificially jacking their prices up
Courtney, the manager, and the maintenance team are the best part of Sierra Foothills other than the complex itself. Thank you guys for being so wonderful! Anthony and Courtney are superb. Above and beyond.
