I've been a few times since moving to the Gold Coast, the gym has everything you need for a good workout and is never over crowded. What I really enjoy is the PT's taking care of their older clients, it's great to see the focus on the core / compound movements during their sessions. A good 'laid back' gym for all ages.

The gym has such a welcoming vibe — it’s clean, well-equipped, and never overcrowded. What really sets it apart, though, is the care and attention from the team and the other lovely members to attend regularly. The staff genuinely get to know you and there’s a great community feel to the place. Great gym, lots of modern equipment for both assisted machines and free weights. The owners are fantastic people, their to help or give training advice. Access fob system giving 24 hour access. Highly recommend. Top Gym.

Been going to this gym for about 6 months and it's been a very positive and friendly experience. I would definitely recommend it for its great equipment and relaxed atmosphere. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years now - it has always been a friendly helpful atmosphere. The staff are great, the receptionist is wonderful and always cheerful and upbeat. My trainer Dyhann is very experienced, especially in 50+ training, and fun to train with. I give it 5 stars - just a great gym!
