Overheard the boss treating his employees like absolute garbage I don’t know how he expects to have any help after constantly putting them down, he seems to have some issues going on up there
The boss Expects someone on their third day ever working on fences to be on the same pace as him but he has been working for 30 yrs+. Everyone but the boss is amazing there if not for the boss 5 stars easily. You can ask the boss I’m new what can I do and he’ll just stare at you and expect you to already know.
