I found Sierra while googling tons and tons of places in North East Seattle that had a same day appointment because my neck and shoulder were screaming at me. She got me in that evening, and thankfully it was Friday! I'm not sure I've ever had an LMT as kind and open as Sierra. We have a great rapport, and I trust that Sierra will listen if I ask for different pressure, or to move 2 centimeters to the left. Sierra has a deep understanding of healing.
Sierra is an amazing massage therapist. Her treatment work is second to none! I had a very tight psoas that was very tight from years of distance running. Since having a session with Sierra my psoas has not hardly given me very much trouble at all, and the results lasted a long time. I highly recommend Sierra!!
