The most ridiculous healthcare facility I have ever walked into. They do not care about patients at all and this is very evident in the status of their facility and their client service. I had an appt at 3:40pm in the afternoon and I arrived at the facility and tried to open the front door which had appeared to be locked since the handle was not moving nor was the door opening when pulled. I saw Cheryl Stoddard and I've never felt so disregarded by a health care "professional" before. She already decided I had nothing wrong with me before even speaking with or examining me. We also talked about a previous diagnosis a specialist has already treated and told me my injury couldn't have happened. I spent way too much money to not be taken seriously and instead I was just talked down to. Treating patients like this will cause them to not seek out care when they need it.
