Friend had burning, goopy, painful eyes. 4th was a holiday so stuck waiting until today to be seen. Called 1st thing in the morning (by 9am) asking when he could be seen figuring he'd have to be worked in. Told they would have to ask the doc and would get back to him. 2hrs later we go to the office & are told the doc won't be in until after 1:30pm. Setting an appropriate expectation of when the callback would occur at 9am this morning would have been good. But wait it gets better. Going back @ 2pm (still haven't rec'd call) ... read more
