Apparently they stop doing a full service at some point. They need to tell people this when they go to buy a wash. Never gonna go back if they aren’t going to be upfront so it’s clear on what to expect then. Why would anyone pay their prices to just wipe the outside. Waste of time and money. If you close over an later why stop doing the job?
