The employee took time to help me resolve my issues and set the parts quickly that I needed to get my bike up and running.
Bought a couple of Troxus Lynx Plus Ebikes for myself and my wife. We incurred a little snag during the transaction which was not the fault of Sierra Ebike. I will say that Max and Brad worked tirelessly and without complaint to resolve an issue which I do not believe was any fault of the store and we were able to receive the bikes the day before Christmas Eve. Took my Trike there recently for a throttle issue, brought it in Monday, got a text from Blake that it was done on Wednesday, but I couldn't pick it up till Friday..Runs great..No issues at present...These guys rule..Nuff said......
