I would have given this shop a 5 but had some issues after buying a bike. Bought my step-son a awesome bike there. They where awesome, hooked us up with a nice backpack. The problem started when I made a comment about a Greatful Dead and how cool it would be to have. I guess that meant harass me for over a week trying to push different bikes for me to buy. My handicap son bought a bike from these guys and was sold an extended warranty He's taking the bike to them multiple times and refused to do warranty work
I was treated as a person, not just a customer. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and upfront about all phases of repair.
