We purchased 2 bikes and a bike rack on our first visit and have been back several times since. The staff is very friendly and seem knowledgeable about their various bikes and products. Sierra E Bike lets you try out different bikes and road test them in the parking lot. Take some time to do this even if you have to come back a time or two. This is very important! Purchasing on line doesn’t give you this opportunity.
These guys are great! I accompanied my mom here to shop for her first e-bike and was pleasantly surprised to find attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly service from all! They actually made the selection, accessorizing, and adjustment processes of my mom’s bike FUN, and we learned a lot without feeling talked-down-to. We also didn’t feel pressured to buy nor rushed. Thanks again to Dion, Brad, Collin, and Max!
