I recently bought a full moon 2 person tent from Sierra Designs, given how much I loved the last SD tent I had 30 years ago. The tent arrived quickly, but has a rain fly that looks different from what I ordered (has Velcro instead of clips) and an extra piece of metal that wasn’t shown in the instructions. I’m not sure if it came with the rain fly form another tent or if they’ve changed the fly and the instructions have not caught up. Sierra Designs makes great products. Their support is what gives them a 1 star rating. I was on a trip in Utah and broke a pole on my Hyperlight AST tent. When I got back from the trip I emailed support in May 2021 and received an email back with a support case number. Since then no communication. Earlier this week I tried to call about the case but could not talk to a human and I left a voice mail regarding the support case. It has been 5 days and still no call or email regarding getting a replacement pole. Great products a... read more

An absolute joke of a company that I will never do business with again. I purchased an some products as a Christmas gifts and one item was canceled a week later. No reason was give. I had to contact their customer service (if you could call it that) and Phil at ext. 2760 informed me they would honor the purchase, but I had to call them to place the order.
