Dr Wong and his assistant were very kind and caring when I was in so much pain . Unfortunately they were unable to help me . But there caring and compassionate was top notch
The staff are welcoming and patient, allowing time to explore my concerns and questions about insurance and claims. The doctors also provide guidance on maintaining healthy gums during cleaning and answer my questions with ease.
The service was excellent. Staff was very kind.
I recommend this clinic. The desk staff, hygienist, and dentist were friendly and patient. They explained the procedures they were going to do, and the hygenist took the time to show me the x-rays and explain the condition of my jaw, teeth, and gums. They also answered all my questions. They didn't try to up-sell me on services that wouldn't be covered by my insurance, which I appreciated.
