No one really WANTS to go to the dentist, but this practice makes it as pleasant as possible. The staff are all nice, but more importantly, good at their jobs. They explain what's happening and give a clear estimate and treatment plan. I have some deferred maintenance issues and will be seeing a lot of them, so it's great that they're so personable and professional. Ellie is the absolute best hygienist I've ever had.
Love this place. Friendly, professional, and very effective, the Sierra staff actually makes it nice to sit in the dentist's chair. Check them out. Your teeth will thank you.
Scheduling is an issue. I only get one apt a year basically because they don't allow you to schedule in advance. I was notified I was due for apt, called IMMEDIATELY and earliest was mid-December and my last cleaning was March. This happened for my March apt too, so 9 months or more between appointments, not 6 due to their scheduling. Care is great but I am losing benefits and cleanings due to availability and how they schedule.
This place has zero parking, don't even bother trying to get to an appointment in the middle of the day. Then as a kicker, they will charge you $75 as you are trying to find a place to park. Total rip-off. The closest parking lot is $21.00 a day and I'm sure the owners of this business are probably owners of that parking lot as well
Ellie is one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met and makes the experience 10x better…and I like the dentist. Friendly, joyful can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend!!
