After staying 2 nights, they added $900 dollars in fees to our billing. None of them disclosed when we rented it. There was absolutely no one around working the place. They wanted us to wash towels but the laundry room was locked up. We cleaned before we left and we were charged almost $300 in cleaning fees no matter what. Our little one left a blanket and we received no help getting it , they just kept it. I do not recommend staying here.
Me and my family stayed at the Sierra del sol for two nights and it was a comfortable and neat place. However, the customer service was terrible. The accessories you got in the bathroom were the only things you got. They have a front office but they will not give you extra things even if you do not have enough. The day after our last night they charged us almost $800 in fees. We booked Unit 23 through Turnkey Reservations. They provided my wife and I (3) towels for 2 adults for 7 days. On day 4 we asked for more clean bath towels and their response was it’s against their policy to provide clean bath towels. Then in a follow up email after expressing our disappointment they suggested we wash them ourselves. There is nothing Turnkey about that..
