We spent a fair amount of money on a bike tune up and the bike is now WORSE off than it was before the tune up. The chain now falls off the gears on a regular basis. The level of incompetence that these people show is unbelievable. When we called to ask for help, they indicated that they are extremely busy and were not sure they could fit us in to fix it.
