Since our Landlady went on leave the guy filling in is so weird. Call it collections agency at this point. We got a call to pay rent when we did already then got a group text FROM THE LEASING OFFICE, to move a car. Some weird shit. Avoid this place because they act nice but aren't that great. Rent goes up and people are moving out more than moving in.
The new manager is amazing. Gentleman. Always serious and helpful. Our section the right one we own our condos. He is not required to help us. But he always does. Really he is a good man and very honest and helpful.

Feels ghetto with new people moving in. They'll threaten u with eviction on the second day if rent isn't paid even tho you have 5 days grace period. They have favorites and will use anything against you. If you're not their race they won't give grace. The dog owners around here don't pickup after their dogs, filthy people.
