Best place in Logan to live! Not sure what everyone cries about the Landlord for... they happen to be the most honest Landlords in Utah. They take very good care of the buildings and property. I would recommend to family and friends A+++
We lived for a couple years here and couldn't be more happy with the experience. The apartment was in good condition and the neighbors were all great people. It's very conveniently located as well. Additionally, the landlord was great to work with. Despite her busy schedule, she still did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of. Great location to access local businesses, restaurants, etc. without a lot of through traffic. The landlord/lady are busy, but we have been very appreciative of how accommodating they have been at addressing any concerns or issues that pop up.
