Saw a therapist at Sierra Counseling and Neurotherapy in Carson City for obsessive suicidal ideation. She wanted me to make art, music and stories about the intrusive suicidal thoughts. I told her I was not comfortable with that. That I needed her help focusing on healthier things. The entire staff had been nothing but understanding and considerate to myself, and the rest of my loved ones that come here as well. I am so grateful for this office and would rate higher if I could. Keep up the amazing work

Friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I only wish they were closer and offered more treatment options vs just diagnosis. Clean and spacious office. Answered all my questions. Very professional and wonderful receptionist.

This place recently had a huge turn over in staff and software. They did not manage to keep track of patients between the switch and the new staff is pretty incompetent compared to the great staff they had there.
