I can't say enough good things about Sierra Chevrolet's service team. This is my third time taking my truck to them for maintenance service and it's honestly the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. They are professional, thorough, address all of my questions, and I leave feeling confident they are providing a high quality service! Daniel R., in the Service office is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and he kept me informed throughout the day.
This location charges almost $100 more than a nearby location for the exact same service. Ridiculous! They also took twice as long. Almost 4 hours for an OIL CHANGE!
Sierra Chevrolet have serviced my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado ever since I acquired the vehicle. I've been a loyal customer and I can always depend on them to do their absolute best in giving me the best service. They have a great team. Very honest. Great communication. Danny Rodriguez was down to earth, trustworthy, and very professional. I was very satisfied with his service.
Dealer was very accommodating to my needs. Access to the service dept is a bit cramped but manageable. Communication with my service writer was good.
Going to Sierra Chevy was such a relief. Tanya was super friendly and efficient and my vehicle got its first maintenance done in about an hour! Will definitely be going back for its next service!
