Normally the service was really good, but this trip was very annoying. Brought it in for a check engine light at 10:45 am on a Monday and said they would check mostly the transmission and electrical/ battery aspect of it since that’s what it sounded more like. Stated it would be there all day and gave me a ride home… Fine! I wrote a review a year ago, service department was great and smooth but recently I got my car serviced in their new, remodeled location and service was the worst. They couldn't even get my ride back to the dealership right. I kept being sent to other extensions where I get hung up on. Also I don't know if the new ownership is that hard up but because I used credit card for 1,200 service bill I was charged service percentage. Sierra Chevrolet Service is the best! It is easy to make an appointment, and they send you many reminders to confirm it. When you get there, they check you in, ask if there is anything else, take care of the paperwork, tell you when your vehicle will be ready, and then ask if you need a ride anywhere.
