I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Monrovia Sierra Chevy, 721 E. 별 한개도 아까운곳. Sierra Honda, Sierra Chevy 같은 회사임. 조심하세요. 가짜 오퍼에 속지 마세요. 지난 6/6일에 예약하고 토요일에 차를 팔려고 Sierra honda에 방문했습니다. Emerson과 매니저로 되는 사람들과 차를 인스펙션했고, 가격을 받았습니다. 차랑 pink slip을 놓고 가면 체크를 일주일 이후에 준다고해서 다음에 다시 온다하고 차를 가져왔습니다. 그리고 엊그제 Emerson과 컨택해서 오늘까지 차를 가져간다고 했고 Sierra Chevolet로 차를 가져 갔는오라고 했습니다. 그들에게 받았던 견적 가격을 확인후에 Torrance에서 Monrovia까지 먼길을 약속된 시간에 맞춰서 부모님이 운전하고 갔습니다. 방금까지 연락했던 Emerson이란 놈은 안보이고 Melanie라는 분이 도와줬습니다. 지난번에 인스펙션을 해서 20분안에 서류작업 끝내고 체크 받아가면 된다고 했습니다. 그러나 1시간 30분이나 기다린후에 John이라는 inspector가 오퍼받은 가격에 못사겠다고 하는겁니다. 우리... read more
Service dept. My advisor was Abraham, he did an excellent job communicating and following thru on what he said. Had an issue with the convertible top. I have extended warranty and Abraham took care of everything with my insurance. I just had to pay my deductible which i expected. They returned my camaro back in 2 days and everything was smooth.
