I purchased a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer from this dealership in June of 2024. At 8,000 miles, I first complained about squeaking brakes. During that visit, they claimed the brakes were dirty and that was causing the noise, which seemed like a common excuse. When my vehicle reached 13,698 miles, I returned with the same issue. The person that helped me with my oil change said she was gonna put Mobil 1 oil and when I went to pick up the car and looked at the paperwork it wasn’t Mobil 1. They offered to change the oil again for the difference but that would have been a waste of time
My vehicle has been in their shop for over 50 days since March 25th. At one point 21 consecutive days. They replaced my transmission and my new transmission has MORE issues than my original transmission. They told me everything was normal and it turns out the transmission specialist said it had multiple issues. I have it all documented. They also punctured my tire and patched it up.
