Picked up a Mazda CX 70 2025 and got a really good deal! They even gave me paint protection for no cost without me asking. See Jon the sales manager over there. Really nice guy to work with. I had to keep on top of my sales guy Elliot haha, but he is young. They picked me up from my home in Orange County since I did not have a ride up there. Since I had my loan in place first, I always negotiate price first over the phone. These guys were the easiest people to work with and I felt at home with them. I highly recommend them.
General Motors employees for 10 Years where I have audited dealerships across the country and Sierra Chevrolet of Monrovia has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend their service department to anyone. I originally brought my vehicle in because the check engine light was on and my fuel gauge was completely inaccurate, it would constantly show either full or empty regardless of how much gas was actually in the tank. Purchased a used vehicle from Sierra chevy in January 2026, it’s now march and I still haven’t received the registration for the vehicle. I’ve called and left multiple messages for Juan in financing and the manager and nobody ever calls me back. I’ve called no less than 10 times over the past 2 months and this issue still is not resolved. Don’t do business with this dealership.
I had inquired about a Chevy Bolt back in summer of 2023. Did some shopping around, ended up not buying the car. For some crazy reason, this dealership kept my phone number. Someone on their sales team has been calling me almost every 1-2 months for the last (almost) 3 years, asking if I was still interested in a Chevy. I've blocked about 5 or 6 different numbers that originate from this dealership. Hope others have a less absurd experience.
